He combines the best that academia has to offer with real world expertise and a deep appreciation for the current competitive environment. While I have had the opportunity to interact with and teach with many negotiation scholars, Brian’s perspective always provides me with new and very unique insight."*

"Brian conducted an extremely effective Negotiation Conversation workshop for over 200 of our Account Directors and Customer Success Managers. His level of research and preparation was very thorough; and the extensive workshop was very engaging. We have worked with Brian and Think! Inc. for many years. "I worked with Brian to put together a completely customized session for our North American sales team. Brian worked with myself and our sales enablement team to put together real life scenarios, including actual responses. We broke out into teams and let the sales reps present to one another. The response that we received from the sales team was overwhelmingly positive. It was one of the best hands on classes I've ever attended. I will continue to use Brian in the future. He is a solid presenter and truly understands sales from both sides of the aisle. In fact, I used his expertise to help negotiate a deal with a fortune 10 company that leveraged 5 purchasing analysts to tell us what they should pay. We didn't end up lowering our price one penny during the 4 weeks of negotiation."

“Brian features high on my list of top speakers at IACCM events. We have a demanding audience and they want practical take-aways – ideally with hands-on activities – which he is always happy to provide. In my experience, his expertise is always applied to the nature and needs of the audience, ensuring they emerge with a value-add that they can immediately remember and apply. I still use some of the techniques that I learned from Brian almost 15 years ago – so I guess they are also durable!”
